The Red Osier story begins with the selection of the finest quality choice cuts of Prime Ribs of Beef adhering to our very special standards which include: graining, sizing, and aging.
The Prime Rib dinners are carved and served at the tables on our specially
designed carts. You can choose our 12 oz. Petite cut, the 1 lb. Queen cut,
the 1 1/2 lb. Red Osier cut, the Bishop cut at over 2 lbs. or our
4 1/2 lb. Call cut. All served with the highly acclaimed Red Osier Au Jus.
The Prime Rib Experience begins immediately after the ribs arrive at the restaurant and are placed in coolers for 2-3 weeks of additional aging. The ribs are then marinated with a special processing of natural ingredients. Forty-eight hours later the ribs are placed into a specially designed oven which continues the process via slow roasting as the ribs are held to precise temperatures.

only the finest seafood selections are offered as specialties
or in a combination with beef entrees.
These specialties come from all parts of the hemisphere.
King Crab legs are from the cold waters of Alaska, Lobster
Tail from New Zealand and Australia, Shrimp from Ecuador
